Your Mission

As Country Manager UK, you will be responsible for launching, growing, and leading YAYA Works’ commercial operations in the United Kingdom. You will own the go-to-market strategy, drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and establish YAYA as a leading hospitality tech solution for boutique and independent hotels across the UK.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in an early-stage expansion environment.

What You’ll Do

Market Launch & Strategy

  • Lead YAYA Works’ UK market entry and expansion strategy
  • Define and execute the UK go-to-market plan for boutique and independent hotels
  • Identify key target segments, regions, and strategic partnerships
  • Localise sales messaging and value propositions to the UK hospitality market
  • Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Own full UK revenue targets and pipeline development
  • Drive new business through outbound, partnerships, and inbound opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Negotiate deals based on a per-room monthly pricing model
  • Build and maintain a strong, prioritised sales pipeline
  • Establish scalable sales processes for the UK market

Partnerships & Market Presence

  • Build relationships with hotel groups, owners, operators, and industry stakeholders
  • Develop partnerships with PMS providers, hospitality consultants, and tech partners
  • Represent YAYA Works at UK hospitality events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Position YAYA as a thought leader in hospitality innovation

Team Building (Future Scope)

  • Hire and lead the future UK sales team as the market grows
  • Establish local operational structure in collaboration with HQ in Amsterdam
  • Act as the main bridge between the UK market and the central leadership team

Who You Are

You are entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and excited by the challenge of building a market from scratch. You understand the hospitality industry and know how to sell innovative solutions to hotel decision-makers.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Strong experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or hotel operations
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience owning a market, region, or vertical is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, integrations, operational workflows)
  • Highly self-starting and comfortable in a scale-up / startup environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in London and willing to travel across the UK
  • Fluent in English

What We Offer

  • Base salary: £65,000 – £85,000
  • Performance bonus / OTE up to £120,000+
