We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who’s excited about hospitality, curious about tech, and ready to build marketing from the ground up. You’ll define our brand, create demand, and drive growth — playing a key role in scaling YAYA in a fast-moving startup environment.

 

What You’ll Do

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will build and lead YAYA Works’ marketing function from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for creating our brand, generating demand, and supporting revenue growth by working closely with sales.

You won’t just execute, you’ll define the strategy, test what works, and scale it.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Build Marketing from Scratch: Define YAYA’s marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and brand identity across all channels.
  • Demand Generation: Create and execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the sales team (inbound & outbound support).
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead launches of new products, features, and services with clear messaging and execution plans.
  • Content & Brand: Own all content creation (website, decks, case studies, social, email) and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence.
  • Digital Marketing: Set up and manage performance channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email funnels, SEO/SEA).
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales to create materials, improve conversion, and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Events & Partnerships: Organize and leverage industry events, hotel partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns and channels.
  • Team & Scale: Lay the foundation for a future marketing team (agencies, freelancers, hires).

Who You Are

You’re entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited about building something from zero to one. You combine creativity with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Builder Mindset: Proven experience setting up marketing functions, strategies, or campaigns from scratch.
  • Full-Stack Marketer: Comfortable across brand, content, performance marketing, and strategy.
  • Commercial Focus: You understand how marketing drives revenue and can align closely with sales goals.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiar with marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics) and digital channels.
  • Background: Education or experience with SaaS in hospitality (e.g., Hotelschool, hotel operational roles).
  • Industry Affinity: Interest or experience in hospitality, hotels, or travel tech is a strong plus.
  • Ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and don’t wait for perfect conditions.
  • Languages: Native Dutch and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, creative thinker, and able to influence stakeholders.

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary: €60,000 – €75,000 (based on full-time)
